Things you need to know

  • Please brush your teeth before coming to your appointment. You will not be able to brush your teeth twelve hours after a tooth gem is placed.

  • We DO NOT remove tooth gems. This is something you can ask your dentist to do!

  • Please refer to the “Care Info” Section for aftercare of your smile adornments! We have a one-week guarantee for all Gemini Tooth Gemz Products! If something pops off or breaks within one week of your appointment, we will replace your products free of charge.

  • 50-dollar NONREFUNDABLE deposit for a tooth gem appointment and a 50% NONREFUNDABLE deposit for any other service is due upon booking. The only exception is our gold tooth gem special orders. You will pay $50 PER gold gem for a deposit of a special gold gem order. This deposit is credited to your appointment. This ensures a safety net for us in case of cancellations. These deposits last 28 days. Your deposit refund is forfeited if you don’t rebook with us within 28 days.

  • We no longer offer a lifetime fang warranty. We offer a fee of $50 per fang repair. You must bring the broken fang with you to the repair appointment. Lost fangs = no discount.

  • If you are feeling ill, please let us know as soon as possible and we can reschedule your appointment. If you are displaying signs of illness in our office, we will ask you to leave with forfeiture of your deposit.

  • You cannot bring your own gems. We have an amazing, high-quality variety to choose from, and we offer custom ordering. For custom orders of gold, it is a $50 deposit per gold piece.

  • We are highly trained in sanitization practices. We ask you to not touch your teeth when you are in our chair to maintain these sanitary conditions.

  • We have the right to refuse service. We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind.
